Ingredients
4 ripe bananas
200 grams of shell chocolate or chocolate melts
1/2 cup slivered almonds
Popsicle sticks (optional)
Instructions
Peel the bananas and cut them in half. Insert popsicle sticks into the cut end of each banana half, if using.
Place the slivered almonds in a shallow dish.
Melt the shell chocolate or chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely smooth.
Dip each banana half into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is completely coated.
Roll the chocolate-coated banana in the slivered almonds, making sure the almonds stick to the chocolate.
Place the coated bananas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Freeze the bananas for at least 2 hours until the chocolate is firm and the bananas are fully frozen.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
