1 large tomato, diced
1 jalapeño, thinly sliced

Guacamole, for serving
Salsa, for serving
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the thinly sliced steak with salt and pepper. Sauté the steak until just cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from heat and set aside.
On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer.
Evenly distribute the cooked steak over the chips, then layer both types of cheese over the steak.
Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove from the oven and immediately top with diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño slices, black olives, and chopped cilantro.
Serve the nachos with sides of sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
