Pinto Bean Soup with Spinach

  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Can Pinto Beans
  • 1 Cup Chopped Spinach
  • 1 medium Chopped Carrot
  • 1/2 medium Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Cup Diced Tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • In a pot add canned tomatoes, carrots, onions, spinach and pinto beans.on medium high heat.
  • Cook for 20 minutes.
