Put your beef cubes in the pan and sear each side well in olive oil.
Deglaze the pan with red wine or the wine of your choice. Add in the can of diced tomatoes. I also had some leftover tomato sauce on hand so I added that in as well. Add garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, italian seasoning and 2 bay leaves.
Let this cook for at least 25 minutes before adding the vegetables
Add in the diced red and green bell pepper and onion. Let this cook for 25 more minutes.
Add a can of mixed beans. Cook for 25 more minutes.

That’s it, fast and simple! You can put this on a bed of rice, fries or a bowl with some saltine crackers. So good!
