Steak, Mushroom, Green Onion, and Roasted Garlic Pizza
This gourmet pizza is a delightful blend of savory flavors, featuring steak, mushrooms, green onions, and roasted garlic on a homemade crust.
Ingredients
- Pizza dough (enough for one large pizza)
- 1/2 lb steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 head of garlic, roasted and cloves mashed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to preheat as well.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil, then evenly spread the mashed roasted garlic over it.
- Evenly distribute the sliced steak, mushrooms, and green onions over the garlic.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the toppings. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Transfer the pizza to the preheated pizza stone or a baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
