Cod with White Petite Potatoes and Mixed Greens
This delicious pan fried cod with lemon, a side of petite potatoes and mixed greens is a delicious, healthy and light dinner idea. Potatoes can be substituted for any other side such as rice or couscous and the mixed greens can be substituted for asparagus, broccoli or any of your favorite vegetable side.
