
Healthy Chicken Dinner
Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breasts
 - 2 Potatoes
 - 1 Stalk of Broccoli
 
Instructions
For the Chicken
- toss the chicken in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika.
 - Set frying pan to medium high heat and cook on each side for 10 minutes.
 
For the Potatoes and the Broccoli
- For the potatoes, season them with the same seasoning as the chicken. Cook potatoes in the oven on 425 degrees for 40 minutes.
 - For the broccoli, boil them in shallow water in a medium pot on the stove on medium heat for 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove when they are at a proper tenderness.
